This was pretty good. I thought the dijon flavor would come through more than it did. Next time I think I will try upping the dijon to see if that makes the final product more flavorful. - 7/12/07

I made this but couldn't find the mustard, so I used a heaping teaspoon of horseradish, and it was excellant. You could cut the chops with a fork..talk about 'melt in your mouth'' ..we both loved it !! - 5/23/08

This was ok... it seemed like it was missing something, just kinda blah. Hubby really liked it, I wasn't so sure. Definitely suggest using boneless chops as the bones are unpleasant to pick out and the meat's tender enough to fall off! - 6/5/07

My husband and I really enjoyed this. He doesn't like carrots so I put broccoli on his plate and he wants it again. Now that IS an achievement. Thank you MRSLUD, any more recipes - 4/4/07

Everyone in my family loved this dish. I used bone in pork chops because that's what I had and the had to have been the most tender chops ever. I don't usually like mustard but you can barely notice it in this. Awesome! - 3/23/07

  • This was very good. It was different. MY husband liked it pretty well. My 9 year old step daughter liked the meat but she didn't care for the potatoes. I would make this again. I added a few spices to it because some of the reviewers said it was bland. Thanks for a great recipe. - 10/4/11

  • I'm going to give this a try - or at least, something similar. I'll print this out for now, and see what happens.

Katie482 - try spreading the mustard onto the pork chops rather than mixing it into the cooking medium.
That's how I cook pork chop under the grill for DH.
    Just a thought. - 7/22/11

I don't really care for dijon mustard, or horseradish...any suggestions to add a nice flavor to this? I plan on using a pork tenderloin instead of chops. Thanks! - 4/13/11
