French Toast

    1 egg
    1 egg white
    1/4 cup milk
    4 slices of bread
    1 tsp butter or marg
    1 tbls Powdered sugar
    1/4 cup Light Syrup

Mix egg, egg white, milk & 1/2 tsp of cinnamon. Heat frying pan to med, melt butter in the pan. Dredge each slice of bread in egg wash, put in the pan, sprinkle with remaining cinnamon.. Cook on each side until brown (about 2 - 3 minutes). Sprinkle with powdered sugar and drizzle with light syrup.
