Herbed Red Potatoes

Introduction

A great side dish for meatloaf or your favorite meal. A great side dish for meatloaf or your favorite meal.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 1/2 lb red potatoes
    5 Tbsp Brummel & Brown Spread
    2 Tbsp dried parsely
    salt and pepper, if desired

Directions

Coarsely chop potatoes, removing eyes and blemishes, leaving on peels. Put potatoes in steamer. Steam until soft (about 30 minutes).

When potatoes are almost done, in a small saucepan melt spread and add parsley. Cook for about 3 minutes.

When potatoes are ready, pour into a bowl. Pour parsley mixture over potatoes and toss until potatoes are well-coated.

Serving size = 3 oz.
