    1 liter Water, tap,
    154 grams White Rice, long grain,
    1 Tbsp Gefro Suppe (Powder), Vegetable broth
    244 grams Roasting Chicken, cut into bite size pieces
    116 grams Broccoli, fresh, chopped
    160 gram Zuccini, diced

Directions

Bring Water to a boil
add GEFRO
add Rice, Chicken and vegetables
Simmer for 20 min.
