IntroductionRich and creamy low fat fruit smoothie. Rich and creamy low fat fruit smoothie.
1c. iced tea, fresh brewed, (green tea is my choice)
1 - 6oz container Low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 c. frozen mango
In blender jar, place iced tea and yogurt, cover blend on high, adding fruit intermittently until completely blended. ENJOY!
