Spiced Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients

2 cups flour
5 tsp All Spice or Pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup canned pumpkin (NOT pumpkin pie mix)
1 cup brown sugar, or 1/2 cup splenda brown sugar
1/2 c unsweetened apple juice
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Combine all dry ingedients, except brown sugar, in a medium sized bowl.
3. Combine all wet ingredients and brown sugar in a large bowl.
4. Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
5. Add mixture to a greased loaf pan, and place in the preheated oven. Bake for 65-70 minutes.
Makes 12 servings.
