Sesame Chicken with stir-fry veggies

This will satisfy your chinese craving. It takes a little while to get everything together but YUMMMM!! When you get a big plate full It will be worth the wait!I use all store brand ingredients with low sodium where ever possible. This will satisfy your chinese craving. Ingredients
-
2 boneless skinless chicken breast
(2 Cups Cooked Chicken)
1 Cup of Brown Instant Rice
1/2 Cup Honey
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
1 Cup Water
3 Tbsp Cornstarch
1/2 Tsp Ground Ginger
1/2 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1 Tbsp Sesame Seed
2 Tsp Minced Garlic
1 Tsp Extra virgin olive oil
1/2 Cup Carrots
1/2 Cup Zuchini
1/2 Cup Brocolli
1 Cup Cauliflower
1/4 Green Pepper
1/4 Red Pepper
Directions
-Grill Chicken(I used my Forman Grill) Then chop.(2 cups)
-Chop all veggies and rinse in a strainer.
-Boil one cup of water and add 1 cup of brown rice. Follow directions on the box.
-Heat Oil in Deep pan (wok) Add Minced Garlic. Stir in veggies, and cook until desired tenderness.
-In a small metal bowl wisk Honey, Soy, Water, Cornstarch, Ground Ginger, and Red Pepper.
-In Seperate Pan on medium heat. Wisk in liquid mix and add in chicken. Cover with a lid for 2 minutes until you see the liquid turn dark. Remove lid and stir until you get the desired thickness. (If it gets tooo thick just add a little water.)
