1/2 Cup Honey
1/2 Cup Applesauce (unsweetened)
1 Cup Natural Peanut Butter
2 Cups Oats
3/8 Cup Golden Roasted Ground Flaxseed
2 Cups Puffed Rice Cereal
Heat the honey and peanut butter to mix together, then added the applesauce.
In a large bowl mix the puffed rice, oats and flaxseed and then mix in with the honey peanut butter mixture. Press into a 7"x11"pan and then chill.
