Ingredients

    1/4 Cup Egg White (or 1 whole egg lightly beaten)
    2/3 Cup Chopped Onion
    1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 Cup Snipped Fresh Oregano and/or Basil (or 2 teaspoons dried oregano &/or basil crushed)
    1/4 Cup Tomato Sauce
    2 Garlic Cloves, minced
    1/2 Teaspoon Mrs Dash - Herb & Garlic or Hot & Spicy
    3/4 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
    2 Lb. Lean Ground Turkey

Directions

In a large bowl combine everything except the turkey - give it a quick stir - add the turkey, mix really well & and form into patties - 4 to 5 oz is a filling size
Grill on BBQ for 10 - 15 min (make sure the centre is not pink before serving)
Serve on bun product if you wish - a light side dish like salad and a complete healthy yummy meal
NOTE - My husband feels they cook easier if they come out of the freezer - so they don't fall apart - but once you make them I am sure you will make ahead & put in freezer for those quick in a pinch healthy meal solution -
