Pankcakes

Introduction

Mix Dry first in separate bowl. Beat egg, then add the rest of the liquid ingrediants. Add liquid to dry, beating until only combined. Heat heavy grill to 350*F, and grease lightly. Use About 1/4 cup batter for each 4 inch pancake. Brown pancake, the flip over and do other side. serve hot with choice of topping.

Makes bakers dozen, or 13 pancakes.
