Ingredients

    3 large bananas
3 measuring scoops of Protein Powder
    1 egg
    1/3 cup honey
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour ( may use whole wheat)
    2/3 cup unsweatened apple sauce

Directions

In a large bowl or mixing bowl, smash bananas. Add protein powder mix into paste. Mix in honey and egg. Combine flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Add to banana mixture. Add applesauce mix well.

Spray a muffin or cupcake tin with Pam or another brand of no stick spray. Make sure to get top of pan as well so the muffin tops don't stick. Fill each muffin tin well to the top. Bake at 375 degrees in a pre-heated oven for 18-20 minutes.

Makes 13 full sized muffins. Enjoy!
