Ingredients

    1 can Campbell's Golden Mushroom condensed soup
    1/3 c. Daisy Light Sour Cream
    Beef Chuck steak
    cooking spray
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    Brown rice

Directions

First, begin cooking the brown rice. While the rice is cooking, chop the beef chuck steak into small pieces and cook in a pan sprayed with cooking spray. While cooking, chop 1/2 cup onion and 1/2 cup mushrooms and add to the beef. When onions are done, add 1 can of Campbell's Golden Mushroom soup and 1/3 cup light sour cream and mix well. Serve the beef mixture over 1/2 cup of rice per person. Serves 4.
