Ingredients

1 can chickpeas (garbanzo beans) drained
Reserve 1/2 Cup of the liquid to put in blender
2 T lemon juice
1/2 t ground cumin
3 cloves of garlic
pinch of cayenne pepper
2 T dried parsley
2 T minced onion
Directions
Drain canned beans and reserve 1/2 Cup of the juice, put in blender. Add everything else to the blender and run until smooth.
