Layered Pepperoni Bake

Introduction

Do you like pepperoni pizza, but trying not to eat bread? If so, you won't be disappointed. Do you like pepperoni pizza, but trying not to eat bread? If so, you won't be disappointed.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 1/4 cup HEB Spinach and Cheese Pasta Sauce
    34 slices Hormel Turkey Pepperoni
    1/2 cup Mushrooms, canned. sliced
    1/4 cup Onion, chopped
    1 TBLS Black Olives, canned, sliced
    t TBLS Parmesean Cheese, grated

Directions

Using a small baking dish, layer sauce, pepperoni, mushrooms, blace olives and onions; ending with sauce. Sprinkle Parmesean Cheese on top and bake @ 350 degrees.

  • I had to do a search on HEB to figure out what that was about. I'm guessing most people who read this will not have access to that store's products. Can you tell us more about what is in the sauce or recommend a national brand, please? I don't mind substituting if I know what I am substituting for - 7/5/10

    I'm sorry, I forget that not everyone HEB. In central Texas it is a major grocery store that has it's own brand, much like Wal-Mart has Great Value as theirs. You may substitute any brand of pasta sauce. One thing I failed to mention, this is not the recipe to use if watching sodium intake.
