1 cup bead crumbs 24 little neck clams, scrubbed 3 tablespoons olive oil 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice 1/4 to 1/2 cup fresh oregano 1/2 cup sliced sun dried tomatoes salt to taste pepper to taste 3 cloves garlic minced.
Scrub clams. If any clams are open they should be discarded. Put clams on grill. It takes 5 to 7 minutes for them to pop wide open. When they are done remove from grill. All other ingredients should be mixed in a separate bowl, then added to the open clams. You can drizze with extra butter if you want to .
