Ingredients

    3 Portabella mushrooms
    4 tbsp olive oil
    3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp salt

Directions

Get a large ziplock plastic bag and pour the olive oil in until you've got a good level of it in the bag (about an 1/2-1 inch high), then add the balsamic vinegar so that it's just slightly less than the oil, then add the garlic and salt. Put the portabellas into the bag and lock it shut, mash the liquid around with your fingers until everything is covered. Let sit for 20 minutes; preheat your grill or oven to medium heat or 350 degrees Fahrenheit. When the 20 minutes are over, take the mushrooms out and slap them on the grill/baking sheet and grill for 4 minutes on each side, or bake for 8 minutes on each side or until very soft and juicy. Take off/out, top with Follow Your Heart cheeze and Fakin' Strips or just mustard and/or ketchup. If you keep it light, the calories for each "burger" are about 75 each.

Use the leftover marinade as salad dressing if you want.
