Ingredients

2 lbs ground beef
2 medium onions, diced
3 cans of Kidney Beans
4 cans of Tomatoes (either diced or crushed)
2+ tbsp Chili Powder
1 tbsp. Brown Sugar (to cut the acidity fo the tomatoes)
Salt and Pepper
Directions
In a large pot, cook the onions until translucent.
Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer at least 20 minutes.
Tastes even better leftover
