Introduction

Ingredients

    2 t Dijon Mustard
    2 T Walnut Oil
    2 T Nonfat Plain Yogurt
    4 T White wine vinegar
    1 t salt
    cracked black pepper to taste

Directions

Whisk ingredients together. Add salt and cracked pepper to taste. I have substituted red wine vinegar when I am out of white wine and it works as well.
