I used my leftovers from the Rice Lentil Casserole to make this. The nutritional info will need to be adjusted for however much of the casserole is used. Ingredients

Left over rice lentil casserole (up to 9 servings)
64oz tomato juice
1 can kidney beans
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 onion diced
2 beef bullion cubes
2 tbsp chili powder
1tbsp paprika
1tsp garlic powder
2 tsp cumin
Directions
Mix all ingredients in large pot. Bring to boil, then simmer for up to 4 hours stirring occasionally.
