Ingredients

9 ounces Kirkland Signature Atlantic Salmon (this is typically left over from baked salmon the day before.)
2 large Egg, fresh
12 Saltine Crackers broken into pieces
1/8 tsp Kosher Salt or Sea Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper, black
2 sprigs or 2 Tblsp Dill weed, fresh (or if you have an aboundance in the garden freeze in a glass gar with plastic wrap under the lid and you have fresh all winter.)
Directions
1. Left over cooked salmon - flaked
2. Beat the egg with the salt, pepper, and dill
3. Combine crushed crackers, salmon, and egg mixture
4. BAKE - 350 degree oven for about 10-15 minutes
