Ingredients

    tomato ~ 1C diced
    watermelon ~ 1C diced
    cucumber ~ 1C peeled & diced
    rice vinegar, seasoned ~ 4Tbsp, more or less to taste
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Dice tomato, cucumber (peeled), & watermelon & mix together. Add seasoned rice vinegar & mix well. Add salt & pepper to taste. Enjoy!!!!
