Yeilds 3.5 cups of pickles. 7 servings 1/2 cup each.Favorite summer time pickle until the garlic dills are ready which can take up to two months for them to properly "cook" in their juices to develop their flavor. Yeilds 3.5 cups of pickles. 7 servings 1/2 cup each.

Ingredients

5 Tblsp Canning Salt the night before to soak the cucumbers in the next morning rinse the salt and juice off the cucumbers.
3.5 cups Cucumber (peeled), sliced
1 1/2 cups Heinz White Distilled Vinegar
1 Tblsp Kosher Salt
1 Tblsp Pepper, black
Directions
The prior day or night - peel and slice your cucumbers and add 5 Tblsp Canning Salt the night before to soak the cucumbers in the next morning rinse the salt and juice off the cucumbers.
Then add the rest of the ingredients and allow to cool in the fridge until lunch or dinner. These go so good with a boiled red potatoes, fresh lettuce and tomatoes from the garden along with corn on the cob. No need for meat with this meal.
