2.5 pounds ground beef
2 large cans kidney beans
2 xtra large cans diced tomatoes
2 onions, chopped
2 cans green chillies
salt & pepper
2. Chop up onions. Add onions, kidney beans and diced tomatoes.
3. Slow cook for 3 hrs. Add spices.Slow cook on low for an additional 3-5 hrs.
4. Serve with green onions, sour cream, guacamole, and salsa.
