    1 mango, peeled and diced
    1/4C raisins
    1/4C chopped walnuts
    1T honey

    This was my first time eating a mango and what a great fruit salad (like dessert!) The juicy sweet strawberries and mango are set off by the crunchy walnuts and chewy raisins.
    My recipe made 6 heaping 1/2 cup servings. I had 2 1/2 c. of mango and 14 strawberries. Honey brings out the juices nicely - 8/21/10
