cranberry chicken salad

Ingredients

    1 pound chicken tenderlions, diced and sauteed with salt and pepper
    6T light miracle whip
    1.5oz walnuts
    1/3C craisins
    1/2T dill, dried

Directions

Dice chicken and sautee (until done) in pan lightly sprayed with Pam, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Place in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Makes 5 1/2Cservings (3.3oz each).

  • Just made this tonight. Had only almonds to use instead of walnuts. Also added fresh garlic and a bit of curry powder to the chicken as it cooked. My family enjoyed it greatly, and will make again. Thanks Sherry. This is a good summertime recipe. - 7/5/10
