Low Calorie Tapioca Pudding (Hazelnut)

Ingredients

    3 T Tapioca
    1 Egg - Large
    2 2/3 C Non Fat Milk
    1/4 C Sugar
    1/4 C Splenda
    2 t Vanilla
    2/3 c coffeemate hazelnut, sugar free

Directions

Blend egg until frothy. Mix all ingredients except vanilla in a sauce pan. Let sit for 5 min. On medium heat, stirring constantly, bring to a full boil. Take off heat and add vanilla.

Makes 8 1/2 cup servings
