Broccoli slaw, onion, watermelon, strawberries, cucumber, nuts and stinky cheese!
Directions
chop all veggies and toss into a bowl. Any melon and berry substitute works and is yummy. Add low cal vinegrette of your choice. I like making salads w/ coleslaw and broccoli slaw instead of lettuce...lasts longer, crucnchier, more nutriotional value too
