    Sahara pita bread 100% whole wheat, 1 serving (remove)
    Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 2 oz (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, .5 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove)
    Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .25 cup, chopped (remove)
    Beef Lunchmeat (roast beef), 1 oz (remove)
    Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, 0.25 tsp

Directions
