Ingredients

    Thomas' Light Multi-Grain English Muffins, 1 serving
    1 Large Egg
    Canadian Bacon Uncured Jones Double Cherrywood Smoked 2 slices
    1 Kraft Big Slice Sharp Cheddar

Directions

Open and toast muffin. Place egg in vegetable sprayed custard cup; whip lightly. Cover with waxed paper and microwave for 25 seconds; *(optional) place Laughing Cow cheese wedge or reduced fat cheese slice on top and let sit or microwave 5 seconds more until melted. Spray nonstick skillet with vegetable spray; fry Canadian bacon until lightly browned and hot. Assemble sandwich; serve. *2% Sharp Cheddar Cheese is calculated into nutrition counts.
