    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole (3" dia) (remove)
    Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped (remove)
    Celery, raw, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 dash (remove)
    Cream Cheese, 2 package, small (3 oz) (remove)

Directions

Beat eggs
Dice Vegetables
Toss vegetables in oil, add egg, then add cheese
turn flame on low
cover and allow to set
