Introduction

My version of Turkey Italian Suasage. Leave out the pepper flakes for less spicy. My version of Turkey Italian Suasage. Leave out the pepper flakes for less spicy.

Ingredients

    8 Oz of lean ground turkey
    1 Tsp of Fennel Seed (crushed if possible)
    1 Tsp of Garlic Powder
    1 Tsp of Onion Powder
    1 Tsp of Oregano (ground)
    1 Tsp of Thyme (ground)
    1 Tsp of Pepper Flakes
    1 Tsp of White Pepper
    1/2 Tsp of Black Pepper
    1/2 Tsp of Morton's Salt Substitute

Directions

Mix ingedient by hand and refriderate overnight (covered) or wrap in plastic and freeze.

This is set at one serving for use in other recipes.
