Pasta Salad

Introduction

My variation of my sister's pasta salad. Substitute in veggies as you like. It is also good without the parmesan cheese or with some bacon bits/bacon, ham or chicken My variation of my sister's pasta salad. Substitute in veggies as you like. Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Tricolor Rotini pasta, 1 12 oz box
    1 cup cucumber, peeled, chopped, seeds removed (about 1/2 large cucumber)
    1 large tomato, diced
    30 green olives
    10 medium black olives
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 cup Aldi Fit & Active Light Parmesan Italian Reduced Fat Dressing

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions (boil for 8-10 minutes). While pasta is cooking, dice/chop/etc. other ingredients. Rinse pasta under cold water and add other ingredients to taste. Serve immediately or chill in refrigerator until ready to serve. Makes 8 servings, 1 cup each.
