Introduction

My mother's recipe with wheat flour My mother's recipe with wheat flour
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    2.25t = 1pkg yeast
    1c warm tap water
    2t white granulated flour

    2.5c organic whole wheat flour, freshly ground

Directions

Combine yeast and sugar with warm water in a large bowl and let stand until the yeast is fluffy and floating on the top.

Add the remaining ingredients. Cover and let rise until doubled in size (30min).

At that point shape and freeze for convenience or bake at 475F.

Makes 2 crusts
Serving is 1/8 of a pizza (a slice).
