Ingredients

Large Flake Oats, 4 cups
Bran Cereal, 1/4 cup
Pumpkin seeds, 4 tbsps
Sesame Seeds, 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon, ground, 1/2 tsp
Raisins, 3/4 cup, not packed
Honey, 3/4 cup
Directions
Combine all ingredients in large bowl, mix well. Spread mixture over two lightly oiled baking dishes. Bake in a moderate oven, (180 C or 350 F) for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until golden brown. Cool. Serve with raspberries and skim milk.
