    * **Flax Seed, 4 tbsp (remove)
    * Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), 2.5 serving (remove)
    * Baking Powder, .5 tsp (remove)
    * Baking Soda, .5 tsp (remove)
    * *Carnation Instant Nonfat Dry Milk, 1.33 cup (remove)
    * *Good Sense Roasted/No salt soybeans, 1 cup (remove)
