Ingredients

    1/2 cup chopped dates
    1/2 cup chopped dried apricots
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    3/4 cup no fat milk
    1 cup Self raising flour
    1 cup dried coconut
    1/2 cup raw sugar

Directions

Mix all together until moist
Bake in oven 45-50 minutes until brown
Will freeze well
Be generous with fruit and nuts
