Ingredients

    Fat Free Greek Yogurt
    Baby spinach
    Frozen blueberries
    Flaxmeal
    Skim milk *(or substifute, soy, hemp, almond etc)
    Designer Whey, french vanilla powder
    Green tea, slightly sweeted with agave nectar
    1/2 frozen banana

Directions

Put everything in a blender and process until smooth.
