Tasty Tomato Veg Soup

Ingredients

    64 oz V8 reduced sodium
    *Bush's Best Cannelloni Beans, 1 can Drained
    Beans, black,1 can drained and rinsed
    Best Choice Broccoli Florets, 1.5 cup
    Beef Broth- Swanson fat free 50% less sodium 2 cans
    diced tomato w/green chili, 2 cans
    Stewed tomatoes 2 cans
    Celery, raw, 2 cup, diced
    *yellow/zuc squash, 4 cups thinly sliced
    Garlic, 4 cloves, minced
    Ginger Root,minced(1" dia)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, small (about 4-1/2" dia) chopped
    1/2 tbs fennel seed
    hot sauce to taste

Directions

Chop all veg up and mix all ingredients in large stock pot. Simmer very low for 1 hour. Makes 24 very generous servings! Good cold or hot.
