Mushroom and Onion Omelette

Ingredients

    1 egg
    1 egg white
    1/4 cup cheddar jack cheese shredded
    oregano
    garlic salt
    1/4 cup shitake mushroom
    1/4 cup onion.
    1 tsp oil

Directions

Heat 1 tsp oil in small frying pan. Saute onions and mushrroms (chopped). Add garlic salt to taste. Remove from pan. Spray pan with nonstick spray. Beat egg and eggwhite with a splash of water. Add oregano to taste. Pour into pan. Flip once add mushrooms, cheese, onions to half. Fold over. Cook until done.
