Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Pink Salmon, skinless/boneless 2 6-oz cans
    Rolled Oats .5 cup dry
    Egg, fresh, 2 extra large
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Paprika, 2 tsp
    Fresh Chives, 2 tbsp chopped (2 t dry)
    Lemon juice, 1 tbsp
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp

Directions

Drain salmon reserving half the liquid. Buzz oats in blender (or use oat bran). Combine thoroughly with remaining ingredients (except olive oil), using reserved liquid as needed.

Form 4 patties. Brown slowly on both sides in olive oil.
