Number of Servings: 40

Ingredients

    - Canned Tomatoes, 680 grams or 2 1/2 cups
    - Brown Sugar, 2/3 cup, unpacked
    - Cider Vinegar, 3 tbsp
    - Molasses, 1 1/2 tbsp
    - Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tbsp
    - Dry Mustard, 2 tsp
    - Cayenne pepper or chili powder, 2 tsp
    - Paprika, 2 tsp
    - Onion powder, 1 tsp
    - Garlic, 5 cloves
    - Cloves, ground, 1/4 tsp
    - Pepper, black, 1/4 tsp
    - Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz)

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan over medium-hugh heat. Bring to a simmer. Cook 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
The finished product should not be reduced significantly (it should fit into the canned tomatoes' original container).

Makes approximately 40 1-tbsp servings
