Introduction

Ingredients

    12 oz cooked sockeye salmon (or what you have)
    300 gr Oliveri Three Cheese Rainbow Tortellini
    1/2 cup frozen peas defrosted
    1 cup yogurt -plain skim milk
    1/3 cup light sour cream
    t tsp dill weed dried
    1 TBSP capers minced
    2 oz lime juice
    fresh sprigs of dill if available

Directions

Cook tortellini and drain. Debone and chunk leftover salmon. Mix dressing ingredients together, Toss with pasta, peas and salmon. Garnish with fresh dill.
