Tomato Chicken

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6 Chicken thighs
    1 can (14.5 oz) Diced Tomatoes
    6-8 cloves garlic
    8-10 mushrooms, sliced
    1 Tbsp dried Basil

Directions

Spray an oven safe pan with cooking spray. Place thighs in pan, cover with canned tomatoes. Scatter sliced mushrooms, chopped garlic and basil over all. Feel free to season with salt or herbs as you like.
Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour.
