Best-Ever Banana Muffins

Introduction

Quick and easy - freeze well for grab-and-go breakfasts! Quick and easy - freeze well for grab-and-go breakfasts!
Number of Servings: 36

Ingredients

    1 cup butter
    2 cups sugar
    6 bananas, mashed
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 1/2 cups flour
    2 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp nutmeg
    1 tsp salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and bananas. Mix well. Mix dry ingredients then add to banana mixture and blend. Spoon into muffin pans lined with paper cups, about 3/4 full. Bake for 20 minutes. Makes 3 dozen medium-size muffins.
