Tamz Vegan Mediterranean Salad

Introduction

I serve as a chilled side-salad, but it also makes a great side-dish when warmed.

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    *California Sundried tomatoes, 1/4cup
    Italian Season Mix, Dry, 1 tsp
    Salt, .75 tsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    Olive Oil, .5 tbsp
    balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon
    Imagine Organic, No-Chicken Broth, 1Tbs
    Shoney's Pepperoncini - 1/4 cup
    Beans, red kidney, 1 cup
    *Brown Rice, long grain, 1 cup
    Kalamata olives, sliced- 2 oz.

Directions

Precook beans and rice and cool before mixing with remaining ingredients.
Mix seasons and liquids together to create a 'dressing' for easier mixing.
Mix all ingredients together.
Refrigerate for 1+ hours to marry seasons.

Makes approximately 6, 1/2 cup servings.
