    *Flour, white, .75 cup (remove)
    *Splenda, 6 tsp (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, .6 tsp (remove)
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp (remove)
    Salt, .25 tsp (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    Milk, 1%, .75 cup (remove)
    *Canola Oil, .25 cup (remove)
    *Flour, white, .18 cup (remove)
    Brown Sugar, 6 tsp packed (remove)
    *cinnamin, .25 serving (remove)
    Butter, salted, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Almonds, .12 cup, ground (remove
    blueberries
    lemon peel

Directions

blend flour with first 4 ingredients in medium bowl.

whip egg.

mix egg with baking powder, salt, milk, and oil.


make a well with wooden spoon in flour mixture. then add the egg mixture to the well. Mix blueberries and lemon peel.

put a little less than .25 cup of mix in each greased muffin tin or muffin cups.

add strusel to tops.

bake at 400 for 15-18 minutes
