I made this one night when my family was eating pizza and I wanted a variation without all the fat and calories. This is what I came up with and it was quite tasty! Ingredients

* Garlic powder, 0.25 tsp
* Hormel Pillow Pak Sliced Turkey Pepperoni, 0.50 serving
* Tomato Sauce, 0.13 cup
* Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 0.25 cup
* Olivio, Olivio Buttery Spread, 5 sprays, 1 serving
* Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
* *Cheese-Sargento reduced fat 4 Italian cheese blend -1/4 cup, 1 serving
* Don Marcos Healthy Flour Tortillas, 1 serving
Directions
This recipe makes 1- 8inch pizza
*Preheat oven to 450 degrees
*Spray both sides of the tortilla with the Olivo Buttery spray
*Sprinkle 1 side with garlic powder to taste, you may also use Italian or any other seasonings you wish
*Place tortilla in the oven on the wire racks to make it golden and slightly crispy 3 to 5 minutes
*While toasting the tortillia, saute the chopped onions and peppers with the Olivio buttery spray then set aside
*Chop pepperoni in quarters or leave whole if preferred
*Remove tortilla from the oven
*Top with pizza sauce, pepper and onion saute
*"String" the string cheese to spread over the top of the pizza
*Add 1 ounce of Kraft Free Shredded Cheddar
*Top with pepperoni slices
*Return to the oven till thoroughly warmed and the cheese is slightly melted, about 5-7 minutes (Note: string cheese does not melt and spread like pizza cheese. Your cheese will stay where you placed it but will taste great)
*Slice and enjoy!
