Cucumber and tomato pasta salad

Introduction

A cool, summery side dish for lunch or dinner. A cool, summery side dish for lunch or dinner.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 bag of fusilli pasta
    1 pint of cherry tomatoes
    1 english cucumber, with skin
    20 pieces of kalamata olives, chopped
    2 tbsp white vinegar
    2 extra virgin olive oil
    Pepper and oregano to taste

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse and let cool. Add one english cucumber and a pint of cherry tomatoes and mix. Add 20 kalamata olives, chopped. Mix two tablespoons of white vinegar with two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Mix black pepper and oregano and refrigerate.
