Chicken and Veggies

Ingredients

    1/2 boneless, skinless chicken breast
    1 Tbls. Olive Oil
    1/2 Cup Squash (yellow or other)
    1/2 Cup Zucchini
    1 Cup Green Bell Pepper Strips
    1/2 Med. Red Bell Pepper cut in strips
    1/4 Large Yellow Bell Pepper cut in strips
    Mrs. Dash Original

Directions

Saute chicken in olive oil. When about 1/2 done, add all the veggies and sprinkle with Mrs. Dash.
Makes 1 serving.
