LORI'S QUICK AND TASTY CHICKEN FINGERS (LOW CARB)

Ingredients

    6 Chicken breast halves (no bones, no skin)
    2 beaten egg whites
    1 T. onion powder
    1 t. salt (or to taste)
    1 t. black pepper (or to taste)
    1-1/2 c. Grated Parmesan and Romano Cheese
    8 T. homemade fresh mayonnaise
    4 T. Ketchup

Directions

Cut chicken breasts into strips. Place in mixture of beaten egg whites, onion powder, salt and pepper. Roll (or toss) in grated cheese. Fry for approx. 5 minutes per batch in deep fat fryer. Be sure not to overcook. Mix fresh homemade mayo and ketchup together for dipping sauce.
